I bought a 2 inch alignment kit for my 6 1/2 bed 1018F-150 XLT. Because my truck has 20 inch wheels; I ended up with 38 1/2" (floor to fender) front and 39" rear. My mechanic charged $475 for installation and setup; but he didn't like the factory-supplied hex bolts, so he installed heat-treated hex bolts instead. I would order a 2 1/2" spacer to perfectly align the axle if I knew the result.
