A very high-quality product, I take it not for the first time.

Other photographers praise this glass. I fully agree. I did not expect such drop-dead pixel-by-pixel sharpness at the long end (250 mm on a 1.6 crop!) On a 24 megapixel matrix.
I have a full-frame Sigma 100-400 - sharpness is much worse there.
Definitely worth your money. I recommend.

Pros

Lightweight, inexpensive, high contrast and very sharp

Cons

Weak kit (no lens hood). And a slightly strange AF algorithm - first it works out to the minimum distance, and then goes into the distance. As a result, the focus on some scenes is a little longer than we would like.
