I like that Zapmetext has integrated with other platforms such as HubSpot for CRM purposes. It's difficult to manage multiple accounts from one dashboard. The reporting is not very detailed or organized so it can be hard to see what you're doing well in terms of ROI. In addition, there are too many options which makes it confusing at times. We have been able to reach more customers via text messaging than we could through traditional advertising methods.
