It looks like a second factory.
The stitching on the black parts of the pockets are all askew, like mine (I can't sew). One switch had a chip (although it appeared to be fixed/covered up) and an extra switch. In any case, I was expecting better workmanship from the brand and it's not flashy enough to send back. It looks like a premium/warm fleece.
