Can't recommend highly enough
I have to sing the praises of this laundry from the rooftops! I've been using a basic saline spray (which was more expensive) for several months and my piercing just wouldn't heal. I was constantly dealing with infections and pain. I bought this spray mainly because I didn't have any other options and it was cheaper, but I found it to be more effective as well. I have two industrial style headphones on my left ear (one strap runs horizontally across my ear and the other vertically across my back) and I can now sleep fully in them with no discomfort - no small feat. The infection is gone and the pain is gone. If you need something for piercing care, this is IT.
