I'm slightly above average based on the recommended hand measurement guide. But with not so thin fingers they are too tight. For a quick 10 mile sprint ride (an hour or less) they're not bad for the price, but not for everyday gloves and not for long rides. Also, the part of the glove on the thumb for wiping nose or sweat is not soft at all. I wanted to try these because of the cheap price and because my more expensive gloves don't wear out as quickly. If you travel short and have average hands, these might suit you.
