Product came as described, on time and exactly what I wanted. What I didn't notice is that the plastic cable doesn't twist and is quite stiff with no straightening and no fuss. If the object you are working with is heavy, it will pull a little on the end of the hook. The hook itself is great and I would buy this brand for the hook ONLY. But for Tunisian hooks with cables I think I'll look for a swivel mark next time. Hence 3 stars because it was how it should be but I can't use it for its intended purpose.
