Minolta is a well-known manufacturer of photographic equipment. That's why I bought this thing. However, I sent it back as the results were very poor. That each scan takes a second or two should tell the user that this can't be good. In fact, they weren't. The lighting of the film is uneven. Minolta needs to take better care of its brand.
