This Mixer Does Not Work At All

This epoxy mixer does not work at all. I tried using it when it first arrived, and nothing happened (this is unusual since most items with batteries will run at least for a little while on the factory charge). I charged it overnight, and it still does not work at all. The charging light remains red, but there is no change after a one-day charge. The motor has never come on since I had this mixer, although the mixer can be forced to turn by hand. There is some defect in either the charger/battery system, the switch, or the motor.I would not get this mixer again.
