Suitable for all my chef's knives

Really easy to use and sharpens as sharply as I could hope for. It says 'home use only' but I use it in my commercial kitchen. Time will tell if this will be a reliable product over time and I will update this review.

Pros

🔪 FAST AND EASY: It's that easy. All you have to do is insert and slide the dull blade of your kitchen knife into the desired sharpening slot to create a razor-sharp edge in seconds. When you're done, just turn off the derailleur and you're done.
