Review on 💩 Effluent Septic Pump - Schaefer E-Series 1/2 HP by Rick Ross

Don't buy septic tank in bulk. Terrible return policy, poor quality products and poor customer service. I had to buy this specific pump model because I needed the size and power for my sewage treatment system. I bought the first device at the end of last year and after 3 months it broke. This failed even though I bought and installed a compatible float from them which was required to validate the warranty. When the pump failed and I tried to make a warranty claim, Wholesale Septic Supply informed me that I had miswired it without even seeing the pump. They told me to ship the pump back to their office at my expense (over $50 shipping for a 25 pound package) and they will determine if my claim is valid. It is not worth spending money on shipping if there is no recourse for your defective product. So I bought a second identical pump from them through Revain so more buyers can read this story about my bad experience in the reviews.
