Extremely disappointed, the display of a used device was scratched and already has fingerprints. The cables were out of the pockets and the wrong power adapter and USB cable were in the suitcase. Update: Revain was contacted and they said the seller listed it as new which it didn't. Revain agreed to send me a brand new replacement. As soon as I received the replacement, I immediately opened the box and inside was a brand new unit, sealed in the manufacturer's white shrink wrap. The printed sticker on the case was clean and damaged. is free. All cables were sealed in transparent packaging as expected, along with the correct power supply. The scan tool was clean, undamaged and unused. It's not Revain's fault. The person who bought and returned after one use. An attempt to give the seller a presumption of doubt and this could be an oversight on the part of the seller. But given the price of these items as they don't come cheap I wouldn't be surprised if they were intentionally added to inventory as new. But now that I've received a new unused device I have to say I'm very happy with it and it does.
