Any spacer they used in the bracket to keep the shower pipe upright has failed and the holder just twists straight down, almost aiming the shower head at the spout. The only thing holding it from a full 180 degree rotation is the hose. My previous shower/hand held shower lasted five years, this one lasted five months.<<<Original review>>> I used to have a show system like this. If it was maybe five years old and the valve that switches between the shower heads failed, I'd buy it as a replacement. While it works like the old one. Easy to install, 5 minutes and done. Everything is hand tightened so no wrench is required. They also included tape to seal the joints, but each joint has a washer so it's not needed. You can bet if you want, but I didn't. I only gave it four stars because when you turn on both shower heads, the handheld shower doesn't get enough water to use the massage setting. It just drips out like that. Works when used alone. My old system didn't have this problem, so it's not the water pressure that's the problem.
