When I received my first light board I was dying to turn it on and use it. However, when I turned it on, I was extremely disappointed to see a dim inset between the screen and the backlight. The ad didn't mention it. The board itself was poorly designed - the power button is touch sensitive, which is extremely inconvenient when drawing. Not only that, it stopped working within the first 10-15 attempts of using it. The seller got back to me quickly. with excellent customer service. They offered to replace the item for free. I accepted their offer and my item arrived just in time two days later. When I turned it on, there were defects on the screen. That makes my second point. Their excellent customer service doesn't make up for an inferior product, and their willingness to wait for such poor quality items just doesn't seem fair. Don't waste your time or money. Spend $10-$20 more and go to another retailer or craft store like Michael's or Hobby Lobby. Extremely dissatisfied!
