It has helped me track everything we do in my church both locally as well throughout our mission field via their mobile app! I can't think of anything negative about having this system up at all times for us!! Nothing really except maybe sometimes it takes too long but that's because you have so much data now with people going where they aren’t supposed be or not being there when needed (they are always tracking). Everything happens through one place which makes things easy since i am only dealing w/one person rather than several different ones who don;' t know each other very good haha.. You just set goals &amp work towards them together. The benefits far outweigh any cons by miles. ! They also offer training classes if yah need some help getting started :) We love how simple yet powerful BQ helps keep everyone informed while keeping accountability within every department from ministry leaders down into volunteers etc.
