What a disappointment. I wanted to love this toy. The concept is simple and interesting. Press the button on the ball to turn it on. Press a button on the remote control and he flies up or down depending on how close he is to something under the ball. Unfortunately, it is in no way durable. My daughter got it for Christmas. It was the first object she wanted to play with. Charged up and let it break. He flew great and entertained everyone except our cat. The first 4 days. On the 5th day it turned into a nightmare. an object underneath and bounce against something or someone and then into the ground. It was still fun to look at, but no longer up and down, but up and down like a corkscrew. On Day 10, he refused to stay on when the button on the bottom of the ball was pressed. I noticed that the battery pack fell out of the holder. I carefully disassembled the ball and put the battery back in. Worked"Level 5 of the Day" (aka Corkscrew of Death). Finally last night (Day 13) it stopped working as you would expect. If left on, the device would spontaneously take off (no remote required) and then immediately fall to the ground. So I think so. I understand this is a cheap toy but I expect it to last more than 13 days. EDIT 12/18/19 I was having trouble as to whether or not I should post this. However, I thought people should be aware that this seller is ACTIVELY trying to convince customers to remove bad reviews. I bought it for my daughter for Christmas a year ago and it didn't work for 2 weeks. 1 month ago 11/28/19 (almost 1 year later) I received the following email from the seller: Dear Allison ****, Thank you for purchasing our products. I'm sorry but it's just fog. There is no indication of replacing the product in ANY METHOD. Just a financial transaction. If I delete this review they will give me $35. Please do yourself a favor and consider how many negative reviews for this item can be removed to increase its rating here on Revain. Sorry but I don't do reviews just for money. I make reviews honestly so others can benefit from my experience.
