Review on 🔊 Tweeter Speaker Adapters - Compatible with Lexus and Subaru - 1.25" Cutout - SAK009_125-1 Pair by Kendro Givens

So I got them and as expected I had to modify a bit to get the tweeter to fit this shape. It's a solid 1/4" thick and made out of some sort of PVC/rubber composite. I tried using a utility knife and cutting the hole slightly larger, but it wasn't advisable. Luckily I have my finger in the garage not lost and realized I had a small drum sander for my cordless drill. It was about 3/4" wide and once I tracked down the size of the hole I needed on the adapter it took me about 10 minutes to make that hole to grind to get it there It had to install the tweeter and screw it to the dash. I won't tell you how long it took me to make the first one, but once I figured it out, the second one was a breeze. From removing the old tweeter, drilling a hole, installing a new one and installing it. The process took me no more than 15 minutes!
