Bought for work. Worked once and then stopped working. Seller and manufacturer contacted. The seller sold it as "NEW" which is what the check says. The manufacturer asked for a serial number and informed us that it was a major overhaul and therefore void the warranty. This has been going on for months and no one has refunded a previously damaged item sold here as new.
