This paper was easy to install and works great! Two caveats - I have just recently re-lined all my cabinets with contact paper, so I had some experience. Also, I just painted this room, so maybe the clean paint helps it stick. This uses the same principle as shelving contact paper - I remove the backing from a small strip at one end, then work with the static cling to get a bubble-free application. I cut it in half to make a taller board that’s half as wide. Like a regular whiteboard, if you leave text up there too long it will "stain”, but also like a whiteboard, writing over it with another marker and immediately erasing will remove the stain. Unlike a whiteboard, this is easy on the wallet.I suppose you can see the wall texture through the material, but this has never been a problem with writing. I use both the included markers and regular Expo dry erase markers.
