Meets intended needs but has several disadvantages. It goes perfectly with our Shark DuoClean. The attachments all fit together and I BELIEVE I have everything that was to come. Disappointing side of the purchase: - No instructions or parts list. The parts are pretty obvious so I can do without them. But it would be nice to have a way other than logging back into Revain to see if I got everything that was supposed to come with it. There are some black spots on the clear vacuum tube or a manufacturing/packaging issue. , or I received a used device. The box it came in appears to have been sealed at the factory so I'll write it off to the factory - BIGGEST PROBLEMS: The main pipe has a horrible chemical smell. He's been airing out on our porch for a week now and it still smells so bad it makes me nauseous being in the same enclosed space with him. Testing aside, I'm not sure when I'll be able to use it again. UPDATE: After a week and a half outside it still stinks BAD. Solution: Go to your local hardware store and get some clear replacement hose for a few bucks (3/8" ID). Carefully cut the old fittings off the smelly original pipes and slip them onto the unscented pipe you just bought. , A flare tool or a little heat makes the job easier (or if you like the workout you can force/twist them) Vala!The smell is gone (once you throw out the old stuff).
