DOA arrived what a surprise
Perfectly packaged but the chip didn't work in the new system. I have reinstalled the chip several times. The motherboard kept throwing a processor failure error code. Ordered a small celery upgrade that worked well, a Pentium Gold G-6400. The Pentium "Gold" is a bit cheesy, but I never liked the "Celeron" anyway lol.
