This hobo bag is a good example of how far faux leather has come from the tough, hard and cracked fabric it once was. This soft as butter looks and feels like real leather. The bag comes with an attached shorter strap (long enough to wear over the shoulder) and a detachable longer strap for those who like or need the extra length. The hardware on the bag is gold in color and has a rich appearance (it's a real shade of gold, not copper). Zippers both outside and inside the bag are durable, open and close smoothly. (By the way, the hardware is minimal. It's just a small logo on the front of the bag. The rings that hold the straps and the zipper are a muted silver tone.) The color is a great neutral, especially for spring . and summer months. The bag has an inner lining and a zipped compartment that provides a secure place for items such as keys. In addition, there are small internal pockets (2) to store items such as lipstick, tissues, etc., and a large pocket (without a zipper) for items such as cell phone, glasses, etc. The bag comes with a cute little scarf that attached to the handle for a pop of color. (The scarf is easy to remove when you don't want to use it.) It also includes a cute little cloth bag (tucked inside) that you can use with the bag when shopping or just grab and use your own. Overall I think this is a great looking faux leather bag at a great price. I'm happy with it and I think you will be too. :)
