The issues mentioned in all the negative reviews appear to be either problems assembling the gate or not following the assembly instructions. If the gate moves sufficiently due to high winds or temperature changes, this is a gate installation issue and has nothing to do with ZombieLock. Another issue mentioned in the reviews sounds like the instructions were not followed, particularly in ensuring that the programming of the opener's "push" function itself is done exactly as described in the manual. If you have the Ghost Controls system, ZombieLock seems like the only way to lock the gate if you're using a truss-style tubular gate. I haven't found a cheaper alternative. In any case, I am very satisfied with the product and am sure that the Ghost Controls support team can help if there are any problems. I had a faulty part on my system and Ghost Controls phone support was exceptional and got me a replacement very quickly. Ghost Controls has a quality product and support team should any problems arise. This combination is currently not uncommon in any company.
