I've had this device on my Xbox for a few months now and I can tell you that once it's set up properly it works flawlessly with no lag. I have a Linksys Wireless-G router and they work well together. Now for the cons. Maybe a network expert can handle this, but I can't. I'm pretty good with computers and can set up a wireless network. Running this on my Xbox was an absolute nightmare. I don't even remember everything that was done, so I can't share anything useful. Tech support goes to India and they were absolutely useless and the wait was awful. The support team will kill Linksys if they're not careful. After 3 hours of phoning, everything went well and it has been working flawlessly ever since.
