easy to use, seems accurate

Works well. I compared the water temp gauge on the sous vide to my instant grill thermometer and it seems to compare well (0.5 degrees Fahrenheit). Cooked steak and salmon. Perfect cooking once I figure out the right time to cook. Make sure you have a good digital meat thermometer the first time you use the stove. If you don't cook the meat long enough (and like it medium rare), it may end up undercooked (rare or worse) in the middle. Just increase the time and try again. I think I had 1.5 hours for a 1.5-2 inch steak the first time. I increased the time to 2.25 hours and it was perfect.
