I prefer a flat pillow; otherwise my neck hurts. In fact, sometimes I sleep on a bare mattress without a pillow. I've found flat pillows to be hard to come by and many of the pillows I've tried in the past have given me neck pain. I didn't want to try the hypoallergenic soft white goose down pillow because I didn't know if it would be too fluffy. Now, three weeks later, I can't sleep without this pillow. As far as I know it's the BEST on the market. Fluffy soft but flat and comfortable. In addition, it is hypoallergenic. You can't go wrong. I highly recommend it for perfect zzzz's!
