weak construction -- unreliable -- short lived
I have a second Tribeca card reader. I thought the first case was an accident, so I tried the second. I paid $12 at Fred Meyers. The second just stopped reading after a few uses too. The design is so flimsy that the connection comes loose and becomes unusable. I wouldn't recommend it if it was free. My USB sticks as souvenirs at conferences last 10 times longer.
