This "home gym" is much more than I expected. The bar is very robust amd seems to hold up to the instense resistance put on it between you and the bands. I REALLY appreciate the fact that the bands are covered by the nylon sleeves because, like most men, I HAVE BODY HAIR and there's nothing more uncomfortable than bare latex or rubber bands rubbing against your body and pulling your friggin hair. It's what has kept me from using the other band systems I've owned in the past. But the Innocedar bands are a huge relief and was the major reason I chose THIS system over the Redge Fit one. The 3-piece bar is another reason because it's wide enough to be.used comfortably for men with wide shoulders. And the price was the final deciding factor. With a good amount of resistance, the bands are great for people just getting into band fitness or those who are trying to get back into shape after years of not hitting the gym (like yours truly) and seeking a low-impact solution when time has caught up your joints. The Redge Fit system seems to be an okay product but for the price you're getting more with the Innocedar. Redge Fit does offer their app, but you can easily find great band workout vids and channels on YouTube for free. BUT. I've only been using this for a short time. I'll post a update if anything changes.
