Review on PinPoint Document Management by Rusty Heredia

Pinpoint allowed my small and mid-sized office to have one place keep all of it's business files/docs in order. The support in the office was great, we would have issues and if one person in the office did not know how to solve a particular issue they would get back to us in less than a day! It was very easy to get it set up! It did help to share files quickly but it was tough to manage without extra resources. It is a great start! It is easy to see what is in the system, and once someone is made aware of what their file is and where it is in the system, it makes finding files/documents a breeze. Easy system, easy to use. A simple, cheap and efficient way to share files. The ease in which they implemented the software for us as well as their quick service callbacks or emails whenever we had questions. The product is easy to use and configure. Their customer service team is very knowledgeable and responsive. I do not have anything about this software that I can con- sider negative. The time saved in our department by simply managing document files are just some of the benefits we realized since implementing this software.
