I purchased this item over a year ago and I use this set about every two weeks when I am baking. Not my option when cooking on the stovetop (I use wooden spoons for this) but they're great for that if you're considering them for that reason. I was looking for a great spatula set and after reading many reviews I settled on this set for just under $20. I was fed up with cheap ones that warped, warped, or just didn't feel right in my hand. First Impression: Good weight, quite curved at the end, shaped well for blending, feels good in the hand, holds its shape when heated and is easy to find in a drawer. About 3 months ago the largest spatula was slightly bent while preparing dough for biscuits. Yes it was a bit difficult but not too much, I made this recipe several times before using the same spatula. So I just bent it back and then used it a few more times, but it continued to flex a little at the slightest pressure. He didn't have the precision and control he had before. I called the company today not expecting much as it has been over a year since my purchase. I explained the situation with the product and Nathan explained without hesitation that the product was covered by a lifetime warranty and that he would be sending a new one today. The only thing he asked for was my Amazon order number. No rushing, no jumping through hoops. He was very pleasant and it was clear that customer satisfaction is a priority for this company.
