What other reviewers say. This is my first Moka pot of any kind. I initially set my sights on the legendary Bialetti but turned my back on it due to concerns about its aluminum connection. Stainless steel seemed like the best choice for peace of mind. I got it on sale and I'm glad I stumbled across it at the time. The spout doesn't really spill. It flows in a nice smooth stream. I'm not a coffee drinker and I'm not very scientific in my brewing methods, so I'm still in doubt when it comes to making my cup of joe. But I tend to agree with other reviewers that the 6 cup count is a bit optimistic for this model. These would be really small cups, even by espresso standards. The joy of viewing, the joy of use.
