I love these adorable shoes for their wide toe box and the ability of my small, swaying heel to feel the foot's natural reflexes for better balance and a barefoot-like feel. However, there was a problem early on with the thick and raised seams on the inside of the shoe. It took a while to wear off and caused pain and abrasions on my little boys feet but no blisters or anything extreme. You might just need to wear thick socks with it for a while. The size was perfect. I chose 12-18 months for my little boy in size 5 and they were perfect. I like them and would end up buying them again.
