easy install, worked with a 6 year old Harbor Breeze fan

My fan would not turn on and after some research the problem turned out to be the remote receiver in the fan itself. I figured I would kill two birds with one stone and replace the receiver with this one stop job along with replacing the light switch and fan remote mounted on the wall above the switch. works great, easy installation. Also, I didn't know the light on my fan was dimmable until I read the instructions! Bonus!
