When I say I love this wand, I mean I will NEVER use another wand again! To be honest I had the slightest problem connecting the power cord, but after reading the instructions everything was a breeze! The wand comes with 6 different attachments, heat resistant gloves, 4 alligator clips and a braided tail comb. !I have used many different curlers and curlers and I really like this wand. The texture of the barrels is so smooth which makes my curls so soft and silky. The product is heated to over 400 degrees and it only takes a few seconds to reach the desired temperature! I use the wand along with the Chi Heat Protect Spray and so far there has been no damage!
