There are many different features, but I like being able to pull information from my CRM such as account history or contact info in one place instead of having it scattered throughout my computer/phone etc. It can be cumbersome when you have too much going at once (like if there's an error message) because everything slows down. If your looking into this program please do some research first! Make sure you know what other programs you will need after installing this so you don't end up with duplicate data entries which could cause errors later on. Having all accounts' details stored within our system has made doing business easier than ever before.
