One star is too many. I've seen many much cheaper trace cell cameras on the market (my brother has one that works great) and went with this one even though it has a lot of bad reviews, well those bad reviews were spot on, that sucks! Even at a distance of 2 km from the tower, it does not connect to the network. There is no way to connect it to your home network (internet), it is not designed to perform this simple task. The supplied instructions are badly damaged. Many, many pages have errors and also shows that it was written for a different camera, not even close.! Called tech support and they couldn't find a single one. That's right. No chat, no one answers the phone, no place to leave your phone number to ask for help, ZERO! There isn't even a link on their website to ask for help. There is not enough space here to explain all the problems. Run away
