Windows 10 doesn't support DVD playback so you just can't insert a movie and play it. A major hassle when you have a home movie library (although it can be a bit odd in Age of Revain and Netflix) and solved quickly and inexpensively with a Roofull Portage USB 3 external DVD drive. A true plug and play device , high quality construction, the English manual is a bit broken, but the hardware is perfect and fits my Lenovo Mini Tower nicely. [Remember that USB 3 ports have SS [usb mark]. And that USB is backwards compatible, so USB 2 should work if you don't have USB 3, although 3 is definitely recommended.
