No tachometer sensor for interior
Although this unit is fairly easy to install, it does not include a tachometer sensor to tell the remote start function that the engine is running. Thus, the starter is happy to re-engage the flywheel two more times WHILE the engine is running. So if changing starters isn't one of your favorite pastimes, avoid this alarm clock altogether. This information is also not provided prior to purchase. I couldn't find a schematic for this alarm anywhere so I've attached it here.
