I have not cooked with this product but after opening it I put it in an ice bath and all 4 probes read 34. That's a few degrees above the 32 that a thermometer "should" read in an ice bath. . My thermometer, which I can calibrate, always has to be on the lowest setting to get close to 32 in the tub and still usually reads around 32.7-33.3. The thermometer and gauges appear to be of good quality. It was very easy to connect Bluetooth and Wi-Fi in the app. With a Cyber Monday offer and a 30% coupon, this thermometer is a steal compared to other smart thermometers.
