One Bad Apple Best in Amplifiers

Well that was the first amplifier board I bought that didn't work. I have never bought a Hiletgo product. And I'm sure mine is just bad, but all it does is pulse like there's power pulsing through it. I'm not going to scold the whole company like some do, there are flaws everywhere. Maybe the next one will get to the point
