I've been using Maxell XLII audio cassettes since about 1980 and have had very good recording experiences with them. They capture the sound of a vinyl, cassette or CD that I record as a backup so they play almost perfectly on my player. They serve for quite a long time, and the quality of their reproduction does not decrease for many years. As far as I know, Maxell will no longer make the XLII-90. Too bad, it's a great product. I have been purchasing most of my XLIIs from Revain.com or from retailers in the Revain.com Marketplace for over 5 years and have never been disappointed with the great service. we receive it, fast shipping or like new condition, still in the original plastic cassette packaging.
