I like that they have multiple ways to track shipments (email, text message), which is helpful in tracking shipping times of orders sent through USPS Mailing Services. It's also easy for me because all my information remains stored locally instead of online (which i don't use). The software crashes often when loading reports from labels attached directly to email messages; however, this issue has been resolved since launch by adding additional servers. Please consider using it if you're looking at other similar options such as ShipStation! Tracking shipment status is essential; therefore, having an app available helps immensely.
