Review on 🔪 Kyocera Advanced Ceramic Revolution Series 6-inch Santoku Knife - Black Handle, White Blade by Jason King

Edit: Updated review: Giving 1 star after owning the product for 1.5 years. I bought a knife in December 2019 that broke after a few months. I contacted customer service and they sent me a replacement blade free of charge. 1 star mainly for customer service. The replacement blade lasted less than a year and broke completely in half while cutting cabbage. As a naive fool who thought I might have been pushing too hard, I bought the Kyocera again from the Bed Bed Store. It took me about 6 months. Today there was a bang while cutting a mango! Do not wash in the dishwasher, do not cut hard objects. For me this is the end of Kyocera. I bought a 6 inch Kyocera knife in December 2019. Very sharp, I really liked the knife. I was very careful not to use the dishwasher for cleaning. Wipe down every day and keep safe. But this morning (March 1st) I found a chip in the middle. Now I'm paranoid if someone in the family might have swallowed a broken piece. It would be great if the knife actually lasted longer given the $40 price tag.
