Difficult to remove the old one.

It was really easy to install once you took the old one off. You have to cut it off. Then the new pipe is adjusted to the new length by trial and error. I had to trim the channel side about an inch to allow the gray side to fit snugly. Use lots of glue to keep it from leaking.
