I love this scraper set! I'm 180 it's 24 inches and I'm nothing 5 feet. To actually get to the bottom of the front of the jar I would have to wet half the front and my entire hand. It was torture! When I tried to get at it with the magnetic scraper I got little sand scratches along the bottom edges of the tank :(So here comes this awesome scraper. It fits perfectly around the sand line. If I used to do it from all sides also not on the bottom, I might not have taken the 24", I would have taken the 16" because it's not easy to maneuver with under the hood. Magnetic scraper for the top 3/4 of the aquarium and use it all the bottom edges. The handle itself is very strong.I've been looking at them all in fish shops for weeks and couldn't make up my mind, decided to peck the bullet and try this one.I'm so glad I did,it's better than all, which I found at my local fish stores. It is very strong even at 24" long. The blades are amazing too. There was a lot of coralline algae throughout the bottom quarter of my tank and rasi erer took it off as if nothing had happened. Overall a great product, so many uses, would definitely recommend!
