I bought these because they match the version I bought at Home Depot with a traditional string tensioning mechanism (i.e. pull the rope and they rise, move after left and let go and you go under). This version looks the same but has the crazy thing where you have to be able to pull down and let go and it goes up. But it doesn't work and you have to thread the rope through the top of the wheel to get it up. And even that broke. Not durable at all
