Great headphones under €16.

I like this set because it has two earbuds. Other single ear kits just have a clip that digs into your head. With two earbuds, the sound seems even and both ears pick up call noise and also help block out ambient noise. (Why buy a speakerphone to cover your open ear with your hand?) The mic is a reasonable distance away and comes with a windscreen that whistles 's' and claps 'r' as you speak. . The microphone stem can be rotated in a circle, allowing the microphone (and headphone cable) to be positioned either left or right. The sides are marked 'L' and 'R', but this doesn't matter when using this set for calls that split the mono signal to both ears. If you use it for Skype calls on your PC and also use it to listen to music on your computer, you probably want the microphone for music to be on the left side. There is a small built-in volume control on the cable. select with the corresponding key. The click button allows you to switch between music and calls when using a mobile phone. I don't have call waiting on my home phone and haven't tried plugging it into a computer, so I don't know what function it has there. The included adapters also account for a large part of the overall cost. . The headset has a standard 3.5mm "Three rings (stereo sound + microphone)" type plug. There is a short (30cm long) adapter so it will work with the dual ring 2.5mm jack (mono + mic) that my home wireless phone has. There is also a pink and green adapter for a home computer. This wire is 1 meter long. I thought about getting "Ge 26695 Voip In-Ear Headset With Inline Microphone" but didn't like the position of the microphone. (On one side, dangling from the cheek) I prefer the microphone in the "y" position on the in-ear headphones. I can't comment on durability yet as I've only had it for a short time.
