The quality of these carpets is excellent. They are well made and perfect for my half pans. I decided to buy a set while reading the recipe for brittle. The author recommended using baking sheets. I bought Kitzini bedding based on the reviews and price. My recommendation? Run, don't walk and order some sets. I ordered three in total! I roasted vegetables, baked cookies, baked fish, made lasagna and pizza. You would never know I used the sheets or pans I lined them with because I could quickly rinse them off with some water and a washcloth to keep them looking brand new. I was also able to reduce the amount of oil with fried vegetables and baked fish. This product is really indispensable in the kitchen!
