At first I had 2 large dogs. I've used products that require a monthly squeeze of a bottle around my neck and my dogs have run and jumped on the ground and scratched the back of their heads as if the products would burn them. I should have found something better! So I looked around and found what I call these spectral guard bulbs. Let me just say my dogs are protected for about $40 a year. I very rarely found ticks and never fleas and when I did find ticks they were already dead. The best product I have ever used on my dogs will use them forever
