The support team is always there if you need help with anything! I can go months without talking to them but when they are working it's all good. So far every interaction we've had has been professional, friendly and helpful. We love that it is so customizable - our customers have said time after time how much they love being able to change things up for themselves as well as their website visitors. Sometimes we don't see an issue immediately or something doesn't work correctly (or maybe even at all) until AFTER someone else sees it too. It really helps having another set of eyes look out over everything. Nothing really. They're very responsive though, so any issues come right away. With multiple people in different countries seeing what needs changed sometimes we might not catch certain elements right away. Having everyone be available 24/7 makes this less likely, although still possible. As long as someone checks in from time-to-time it definitely works best for us. I like the ability to create my own website and have a place to store my files. I also like the ability to create my own products and have them listed on my website. I dislike that it is not easy to upload files to my website. I also dislike that it is not easy to create a product. It is very time consuming. I am creating a website to help my business. I am creating products to sell on my website. I am also creating a place to store my files.
